  1. Wow, that is one looonngg list of good pilots. Hopefully a lot of them will make it to airing. This is going to be a pretty busy season of TV watching for me. It makes me that much more excited that my employer, DISH released the Hopper (and that I have one now) too. With its PrimeTime Anytime feature enabled, it records all the shows during primetime from NBC, FOX, ABC, and CBS every night. This way I’ll be able to catch all the premieres and be able to check them out when it’s convenient for me. I won’t have to choose between one or another.

Now I’m even more excited for a lot of these because it’s gotten much easier to keep up with my DVR back-log. A coworker of mine at Dish told me about a new feature the Hopper got with the last software update. It’s called Auto Hop and it allows me the option to automatically skip commercials in the PrimeTime Anytime recordings (ABC, FOX, CBS, and NBC). It’s saving me a lot of time by shaving off about twenty minutes from an hour-long show!
